This is Not a Course for Survivalists

It’s for capable adults who want to reconnect with real-world competence, confidence, and presence — through immersive days in the bush.

Victoria - Autumn intakes - Limited places

No pressure. Just clarity.

Who Module 1 Is For

Module 1 is ideal if you:

– Are a professional or skilled worker who spends most days “in your head”
– Feel capable in life, but oddly disconnected from practical competence
– Want something grounding, physical, and meaningful — not another seminar
– Are outdoors-curious but not an “off-grid” type
– Want skills you can actually do, not just content you consume

No prior bushcraft or survival experience is required.

Who Module 1 Is Not For

This course is not designed for:

– Hardcore survivalists or preppers chasing extreme scenarios
– People looking for adrenaline, ego tests, or performance
– Anyone wanting a passive, comfort-focused retreat
– People unwilling to be physically and mentally engaged for full days

This is about capability — not cosplay.

Why People Actually Come

Most participants don’t come because they think they’ll get lost in the bush.

They come because modern life quietly outsources competence — and something in us knows it.

Over a few days, attention settles. Confidence becomes embodied. Skills feel meaningful because they’re practiced, not explained.

Many people leave saying:
“This wasn’t just about the bush. It changed how I felt back in daily life.”

What the Experience Actually Looks Like

This is hands-on, immersive learning — not a classroom.

You’ll work with foundations like:

– Fire, shelter, water, movement, and awareness
– Solving real problems with limited resources
– Calm judgement under mild pressure
– Practical systems that build self-reliance

Days are full. Mornings can be early. Evenings can be long.

That’s intentional — competence is built through engagement, not consumption.

Choose Your Starting Path

Most people start with Module 1 (3 days)

If you already know you want a deeper immersion — or you’re travelling and want to make it count — consider a Module 1 + 2 combined course (7 days)

You don’t need to be “hardcore” for either option. The difference is simply depth and progression.

Option A: Module 1 (Start Here)

The foundational course. Ideal for first-timers. You’ll leave with core skills, calm confidence, and a clearer sense of what you want next.

Option B: Mod1/2 combined

For people who want to go further: more time, more practice, more integration. Best if you’re ready to commit to the next layer after fundamentals.

What Participants Often Say

“I expected survival skills. I didn’t expect how grounded I felt afterwards.”

“I work in a professional role — this gave me something I didn’t know I was missing.”

“Hard, satisfying, and strangely calming.”

Why Autumn is a Good Time

Autumn courses often suit people who’ve been thinking about this for a long time — and finally act.

Summer intensity has passed. The year has momentum. Life hasn’t fully closed back in.

If this idea has been sitting quietly in the background, autumn is often when people stop postponing.
